Matt gave me free reign to talk about whatever interested me. I'm a designer, design junkie and worshiper of design. What started out as looking for suggestions on how to use art to change your room from season to season quickly morphed into a pet peeve of mine when it comes to decorating. The Dreaded Condiment Colour scheme aka Autumnal Palettes.

1. Pick the right Realtor! It goes without saying but too often I see people using a Realtor by default. If you are selling your home, pick a Realtor that has a good working knowledge of the home you are trying to sell and that has greater odds of attracting clients to your home. An example would be selling your home in a very dominant English part of town and picking a Realtor who can't speak English! Or picking one that has 0 involvement in your community by choice or because he lives 3 towns over! You are paying for a Realtor's service, so get the best one possible. Get your questions ready before they show up and interview them until you find the right one.
