Ottawa Art Party - Kelly

You are invited to an informal art show in Ottawa's Algonquin College/Meadowlands area on Tuesday, June 5th (7 - 9 p.m.) featuring the works of rising Canadian artist Matt LeBlanc, who's work has been featured on HGTV in both Canada and the USA and is owned by a growing number of fans around the world.

Through this “INSPIRATION Tour”, ABSTRACT ARTIST Matt LeBlanc & AUTHOR, SINGER/SONGWRITER Remi Boudreau are teaming up to create a unique form of entertainment. They are going into people's homes and treating the host's neighbours, friends and fellow lovers of art and music to a close and personal experience of their creativity.

The Spring 2012 leg of the tour is taking the duo from their home town of Moncton, New Brunswick to Fredericton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and London, Ontario.  

Matt will bring along a huge inventory of art for your viewing pleasure or purchase. Remi will speak about his new book “The Life Gardener” and perform songs from his latest album “Lessons Learned”. There will be giveaways, art prizes, refreshments and plenty to talk about.

Timing: Tuesday June 5, 2012 from 7 - 9 p.m.

ABOUT MATT

Although he’s been creative all his life, Matt only started offering his artwork to the public in 2007. His career has grown rapidly since then. He’s sold thousands of paintings to individuals, businesses, and interior designers across Canada, the US, and overseas.

His work has been featured in various publications and blogs, and on HGTV in both Canada and the US. One of Matt’s signature pieces made it into the top 50 entries in the New York Art Marathon (2011), and he was the third most-voted for artist worldwide. Donald Trump, Sir Richard Branson, Kevin O’Leary, Clara Hughes, and Ron Buist are just a few of the highly regarded people who own original Matt LeBlanc paintings.  More ...


ABOUT REMI 

Rémi became an accomplished singer and songwriter at the young age of 18. Shortly after the successful release of his first album “Xpressions”, Rémi won a major singer/songwriter television contest in Quebec called Tremplin ‘97.

In the corporate world, it didn’t take long for Rémi to make his mark. In his first year running a painting business, he established records and won awards in production, sales and management.

Now, Rémi is pursuing his dream of becoming an accomplished author.

Rémi lives in Moncton, New Brunswick with the love of his life, Sandra, and their daughter, Zoé.

“The Life Gardener” is Rémi’s first book and “Lessons Learned”, his second album.
