FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR FUSION

WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE THERE?

The cocktail reception is at 7.30pm and the show starts at 9pm.   Please come as close to 7.30pm as you can to enjoy the full evening. The doors to go in the main room will be open at 8:30pm. That will give you half an hour to find your table and get settled. You don’t need to line up at the door.

HOW DO I FIND MY SEAT?

Your seat was assigned to a table when you purchased your tickets and is also prioritized by major sponsors, table sponsors, Club Fusion members, full tables and then individual tickets. You’ll find the table number on the back of your ticket. We will have floor plans at the doors and volunteers to help you out as well.

CAN I CHANGE TABLE?

Unfortunately no. All tickets that were bought together are sitting together. We can’t change that as all the tickets have been sent out to other guests.

WILL I GET MY TICKETS IN THE MAIL?

All the tickets bought before September 16th were sent in the mail. The rest will be at the reception desk at the Casino the night of the show. If you’re unsure, please email Matt@lesproductionsfusion.com

WILL YOU HAVE FOOD AVAILABLE DURING THE EVENING?

Due to the high cost of producing this show, we won’t be serving food at FUSION this year. Please eat before the show. A cash bar will be open throughout the evening.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

It's not often we get to dress up, so shine those shoes and let’s have some fun! You don't have to dust off your prom dress, but dress as though you are going to a wine gala. Fellas… don’t stress over it. Wear a nice dress shirt (tie is optional) and yes make sure to iron it first!

DO YOU SUPPORT A CHARITY WITH FUSION?

FUSION is supporting Mado's Gift Foundation. We will have a raffle and some great prizes in the live auction that will take place right after the show and before the after-party.

CAN I BUY ART AT THE SHOW AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Yes, please buy art before and during the show! There is a free art exhibition starting at 1:00pm. Come and see a great collection of new artworks before the show. Visitors will get a special 20% FUSION discount price on all the art displayed in the lobby from 1pm to 5pm. You don’t need to be attending the show to get the discount or to come and see the exhibition. You will need a FUSION ticket after 5pm.

At the show, the art can be purchase until midnight.   If you want to purchase art, someone will be there to help you out. You will need to go to the reception desk to make your purchase. Art can only be taken off the wall when we start the after party (around midnight). We do this so everyone can have the time to view the art. If you need to leave early, we will make sure to deliver the art, free of charge.

DO YOU USE LOCAL ARTISTS IN THE SHOW?

YES! There are over 60 artists (singers/dancers/musicians/gymnasts/makeup artists/designers and other performers) participating in the show. Most of them are very young, giving them a great opportunity to shine on the big stage. That’s one of the main goals of the show. Participants from previous years are telling us that the show has really helped them propel their career. The show also has over 60 hand-painted and handmade costume, which are all stunning, by the way.

IS THE SHOW IN ENGLISH ONLY?

All the speeches, material and marketing are bilingual. Unfortunately the narration (story) of FUSION will be in English only. The videos for the story take about 6 months to create (concept, shooting and editing). It’s not possible to have the storyline in two languages. This is the best-case scenario for our bilingual audience. Please note that FUSION has now a permanent fully francophone show in Caraquet after having great success this past may. The next one will be there in 2017.
